About Our Eggs

All eggs are stamped with our free range producer code.

We sell all sizes of eggs, Small, Medium and Large, either pre-packed, by the tray or by the case. No order is too small. All eggs sold are class A.

Egg protein is the highest quality food protein. One medium free range egg provides 11% of our daily protein requirement with an average energy value of 82 calories.

Eggs contain only 11% fat, mostly unsaturated. With the previous limits on consumption due to their cholesterol content now removed, eggs are a healthy fast food for all the family, especially if combined with vegetables and salads as part of balanced meals.

Eggs contain Vitamin D, Riboflavin, Vitamin B2, Vitamin A and Niacin, Iron, Calcium and Iodine together with most trace elements including phosphorous, zinc, chromium and selenium. They also contain Omega-3, a group of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that is a vital dietary supplement.
